Prices, promotions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues; in such cases any payment taken is refunded.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm and ship the order. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

4. Shipping, delivery and customs

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Many items ship directly from global suppliers, so delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing, and may be longer due to carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Risk of loss passes once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Discount codes

Promotional codes such as first-order discounts are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

All site content (text, design, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
